The Bellatrix Group
Aurora Archer formed Bellatrix Group with Pamela Raitt to bring their vision, passion, and values to the healthcare, advertising, and tech industries, and to help navigate much-needed strategic marketing disruption in a way that created better outcomes for all. Both founders came from a design-thinking and technology background and they bonded over their belief in the methodologies to drive greater cultural inclusion and representation in the work.

The Opt-In Podcast
The Opt-In podcast was born in 2019 out of a strained, interracial friendship between Aurora Archer, an Afro-Latina woman and Kelly Croce Sorg, a white woman. It started small: one woman of color asked her “woke” white friend to open her eyes to the realities of the delusion of white supremacy. This ask was the beginning of an ongoing journey of healing and transformation, a journey grounded in trust, dialogue, and continuous (un)learning.

The Opt-In Learning Program was born out of the imperative to reimagine an innovative, holistic, and measurable learning experience to foster a truly inclusive and equitable workplace. The goal - to change the lagging progress of DEI efforts and create meaningful and positive change for all identities.
