The Opt-In’s Sales Referral Program is designed to incentivize and reward individuals who refer potential clients to our company. By participating in this program, you become an integral part of The Opt-In’s success story. Your referrals support our growth, and we’re committed to sharing the success with allies looking to advance The Opt-In’s vision is to create an equitable world where every one is valued.
We value your efforts and want to ensure you reap the benefits promptly. Subject to the program guidelines below, you can earn a 5% commission on the first 12 months’ recognized revenue from your referred parties, all while contributing to meaningful change.

Terms and Conditions for the The Opt-In™ Client Referral Program:
- Eligibility:
- The Opt-In’s Client Referral Program (“the Program”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid relationship with our company.
- Referrers must not have any conflicts of interest that may compromise the integrity of the referral process.
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and should not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of The Opt-In or the Program.
- Referral Process:
- Referrers must submit their referrals through the designated referral form.
- Referrals should include accurate contact information of the referred party, along with any relevant details that can help our sales team initiate the referral process.
- Referrals must be submitted before the referred party contacts The Opt-In, or engages in any sales discussions initiated by The Opt-In. Referrals submitted after initial contact will not be considered valid for the Program.
- Referrers are encouraged to inform the referred party that they have been referred to us and will receive follow-up outreach from our sales team.
- Reward Calculation, Payment, and Taxes:
- Referrers will receive a reward equal to 5% of the first 12 months’ recognized revenue generated from the referred party.
- Recognized revenue refers to the revenue generated from the referred party’s purchases of The Opt-In’s products or services, which have been duly invoiced and paid.
- Rewards will be paid out to the referrer on a quarterly basis, within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter.
- Payment may be made by check or bank transfer at the discretion of The Opt-In. Referrers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
- No payments will be made prior to the receipt of a W-9 tax form.
- Taxes will not be withheld on payments made; a 1099 tax form will be issued at year-end.
- Exclusions:
- The Program does not apply to referrals made by our employees or their immediate family members.
- Referrals made by individuals who have been terminated as customers or partners within the past six months will not be eligible for rewards.
- If multiple referrers submit the same referral, the reward will be granted to the referrer who first submitted the referral.
- Program Modifications and Termination:
- The Opt-In reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Modifications or terminations will not affect the rewards earned by referrers for referrals made before the Program’s modification or termination.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
- Participants in the Program agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Participants shall not engage in any activities that may violate anti-bribery, anti-corruption, or competition laws.
- Intellectual Property:
- Participants acknowledge that all trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with The Opt-In and the Program are the exclusive property of The Opt-In.
- Participants shall not use The Opt-In’s intellectual property without obtaining prior written permission.
- Limitation of Liability:
- The Opt-In shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.
- Participants agree to release The Opt-In from any claims, liabilities, or disputes arising from their participation in the Program.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
- Any disputes arising from the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
Participants in the Program are encouraged to review these terms and conditions carefully. By participating in the Program, participants indicate their acceptance and agreement to comply with these terms and conditions, and understand that The Opt-In’s decisions regarding rewards are final.
